If you’re planning a visit to the office and want to be with members of your team, the ResourceXpress ‘Find’ option lets you pinpoint your colleagues and book a desk close by.

This includes the ability to check availability and make bookings on future dates, for example,

• You want your visit to coincide with bookings already made by team members or specific individuals
• You plan to go into the office on a specific day, and want to be near to a colleague that’s already booked
• You want to see the next few visits planned by a co-worker (so you can plan your optimal visit date).

IMPORTANT: The ability to find co-workers can be turned off if required.
